Templer's Park is a forest reserve in the Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. Set in a backdrop of lush green forest and limestone hills, Templer Park is just 20 km North of Kuala Lumpur off the North-South Highway.
Templer Park consists of 500 hectars of forest, rich in Malaysian flora and fauna including a large variety of butterflies and other insects, birds and monkeys. A swimming pool, filled by the water of a natural stream, is one of the attractions, as are walks in the forest.
The quiet nature of the stream and its secluded environment provides an ideal ground for camping. During the night, the streams are filled with the sound of river toads croacking while the overhanging branches and twigs provide sleeping perches for lizards such as the earless agamid and Malayan crested lizard.
